ABOUT

Nancy Haigh grew up in Loves Park (Rockford), Illinois. She graduated from MacMurray College with majors in Elementary and Special Education. Her Masters Degree in Library Science is from Northern Illinois University.

As a Learning Disabilities teacher, Nancy worked with K-12 students in Galesburg, Illinois. She then moved to Des Moines to work as the librarian for the Iowa Utilities Board. Four years later Nancy moved to the State Library of Iowa. There she served first as the Head of Public Services, then as the Network Administrator, managing computers and training users.

Since 2000 Nancy has refocused her teaching skills to showing others the basics of building a secure financial future. Her priority with EFS Advisors is to provide financial education and advice to educators and their families, helping them reach their financial goals.

Nancy and her husband (and business partner) Bill live in Fairmont, MN. She enjoys traveling, baking, crafts, movies, walking, and teaching.
