Bill Berning is a dedicated financial advisor with a passion for helping individuals and families achieve long-term financial stability. A lifelong Minnesotan, Bill was born and raised in Elk River and has called Litchfield home for the past 34 years, where he and his wife, Selina, raised their two daughters. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls and a Master’s degree from the University of Minnesota–Duluth. Before entering the financial industry, Bill spent over 20 years as a public school educator, where he developed a strong commitment to guiding and supporting others. That same passion now drives his work with EFS Advisors, where he provides personalized financial guidance and tailored strategies designed to help clients build lasting security. Bill emphasizes risk management and capital preservation while also fostering growth through a well-diversified approach.
