Text Box: Client A Ending Value Age 65 = $787,452.73 Client B Ending Value Age 65 = $686,184.39

Client A Ending Value @ Age 65 = $787,452.73

Client B Ending Value @ Age 65 = $686,184.39

Text Box: Client A: $5,000 /yr., Ages 22-31 = $55,000 Client B: $5,000/yr., Ages 32-65 = $170,000

What is a Budget?

Budgeting is the process of creating a plan to spend your money; a way to balance your expenses with your income.  This spending plan is called a budget, and allows you to determine in advance whether you will have enough money to do the things you need to do or would like to do.

Why is Budgeting so Important?

Many people don’t realize they spend more than they make, and when expenses are greater than your income, you have a problem.  Since budgeting allows you to create a spending plan for your money, it helps to ensure that you will have enough money for the things you need and the things that are important to you. Following a budget or spending plan will also keep you out of debt or help you work your way out of debt if you are currently in debt.

What is budgeting? It is an important planning and forecasting process to help you manage your money by balancing your expenses with your income.
