Kent Schutte is the President of EFS Advisors® and Aviben®. Kent has been working with educators and non-profit and governmental plans since 1985. Kent is a nationally recognized speaker on financial matters and for his expertise in implementing 403(b) match programs, Special Pay Plans, severance, and early retirement benefits. Kent and his wife Lynn, a retired Autism specialist in Cambridge, Minnesota, have three children and six grandchildren.
